How do I start a return?

 

Visit the return portal HERE

Enter your order number and email address to start Order numbers are written as OFUURE-XXXXXX not just the numbers and the email provided must be the email used to place the order.

Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

 

What are the refund options?

We unfortunately do not offer refunds. Orders can only be returned for a store credit or exchange.

 

Can the items be exchanged?

You may request an exchange of the same item if its still available 

 

What items are returnable? 

Within 30 days from the date of receipt. If an item is received after the 30 days has passed, you'll be charged a 50% restocking fee.

In unused and resellable condition

In the original packaging with all the tags intact

 

What items are not returnable? 

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale /Clearance items. We do not accept returns on clearance items (final sale), they will be sent back to you, or you'll be charge a 50% restocking fee.

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us at customerservice@ofuure.com with photos within 7 days of the delivered date.

 

How do I ship back the items?

Instructions will be emailed after your return is approved. Please check your junk mail if you haven't received it

 

How soon will I get my store credit?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your request. If approved, the request will be processed within 2-3 working days after approval.

 

Order cancellations

We unfortunately cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has started processing. To make sure you receive your order in time,  we will start processing the orders as soon as we receive it , this means once your order has been placed you may not be able to cancel it.

 

Editing orders

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct before you check out, we may not be able to edit the order before it ships out.

We may not be able to make changes to your order after it is confirmed. Please make sure to add the correct items in the correct sizes plus any coupon codes you may have before placing your order

 

Price adjustments 

Our prices change in response to demand, fashion trends, inventory, and promotions, so unfortunately we will not refund or credit the difference between your purchase price and the current price available.
