Delivery and Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.
Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time shown at checkout.

During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to accommodate changes such as size, colour, or address adjustments.


Estimated Delivery Times

🇺🇸 U.S. Orders

  • Express Orders: 2–4 business days
    (1–2 business days processing + 1–2 business days shipping)

  • Standard Orders: 4–7 business days
    (1–3 business days processing + 3–4 business days shipping)

  • In rare cases, your package may arrive from multiple warehouses.
    If an item is unavailable at our U.S location and must ship from our Canadian warehouse, duties may apply. It will ship with DHL EXPRESS.

Weekends and holidays are not included in processing or shipping times.


🇨🇦 Canadian Orders

  • Express / Priority Orders: 2–4 business days
    (1–2 business days processing + 1–2 business days shipping)

  • Standard / Expedited Orders: 4–9 business days
    (2-3 business days processing + 2–7 business days shipping)

  • In rare cases, your package may arrive from multiple warehouses.
    If an item is unavailable at our Toronto location and must ship from our U.S. warehouse, duties may apply. It will ship with UPS

🌍 International Orders

  • Express Orders: 4–7 business days
    (1–2 business days processing + 3–5 business days shipping)

  • Standard Orders: 7–13 business days
    (1–3 business days processing + 6–10 business days shipping)

Carriers

We ship using:

  • Canada Post, or Purolator for Canadian orders

  • UPS for U.S. orders

  • UPS or DHL Express for International orders

For packages shipped with DHL, you can use On Demand Delivery to update your address, select delivery times, or manage delivery preferences.


Customs & Duties

Shipments crossing international borders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the destination country’s government.
These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

We’ll continue to make every effort to keep duties as low as possible, but some charges may apply for international orders.
Please do not reject or refuse a delivery due to customs fees.
If a package is refused, a return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location.

  • Free shipping on orders over $500 USD (U.S., Canada, Australia & Europe).


Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items will list a “Shipping Starts” date in their product description.
Orders begin processing on that date (or the next business day if the release date falls on a weekend or holiday).
Please allow up to 3 business days for processing once the pre-order window opens.


Item Not Delivered?

Once your order has shipped, you can contact your carrier directly for delivery updates, tracking assistance, or to manage shipment details.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for possible courier delays.
