Returns & Refunds — ÖFUURË

We do not offer refunds. All approved returns are issued as store credit via E-Gift Card, sent to the email used for your original order within 5-7 business days of receipt. Store credit does not expire.

Our return window is 30 days from the delivery date. Items received after this window are subject to a 50% restocking fee, and returns significantly outside the window may be refused and returned to sender.

If you do not receive your store credit within 7 business days of confirmed delivery, please contact us with your order number, return request ID, and return tracking number.

Exchanges are available for a different size of the same item only. Due to limited inventory, we cannot guarantee availability at the time your return is processed. If your requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued instead.

A shipping fee applies to all exchange orders.

Exchanges are not available on sale items.

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • Unaltered
  • Free of stains, odors (including perfume or smoke), and damage
  • Returned in original packaging
  • Include all original accessories and return postcard
  • Include the return packing slip
Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.
Final Sale

All sale items are final sale and are marked as final sale. They cannot be returned or exchanged. Gift cards are also final sale.

Please review sizing and product details carefully before purchasing.

Final sale items sent back to us will be returned to the customer at their expense, or held subject to a 50% restocking fee at our discretion.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any shipping fees applied to exchange orders.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped an incorrect or defective item.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • Description of the concern
Claims submitted after 3 days may not be eligible for resolution.

Orders (including pre-orders) must be requested for cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation. If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Please carefully review your shipping address, item selection, sizing, and discount codes before completing your purchase.

Once an order is placed, we may not be able to make changes.

Prices may change based on promotions, demand, and inventory levels.

We do not offer price adjustments or retroactive credits on previous purchases.
