RETURN POLICY

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

To start a return, visit the return portal HERE

Please note: Returns sent without prior approval through the return portal will be refused and returned to the sender.


RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We do not offer refunds. All returns will be processed as store credit.

All approved returns are issued as store credit only in the form of an E-Gift Card.

Our return window is 30 days from the delivery date.
Items must be received within this 30-day period to qualify for store credit.

If your return is received after the 30-day window:

  • A 50% restocking fee will be applied to the store credit amount.

  • Returns significantly outside the policy window may be refused and returned to sender.


Return Condition Requirements

All returned items must be:

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • Unaltered

  • Free of stains, odors (including perfume or smoke), and damage

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Include all original accessories and return postcard

  • Include the return packing slip.

Items that do not meet these requirements may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

SALE ITEMS

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Promotional items marked final sale

If final sale items are returned:

  • They will be sent back to the customer at their expense, or

  • A 50% restocking fee may be applied at our discretion



EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

We do not offer direct exchanges.

Due to high demand and limited inventory, we cannot guarantee availability of items at the time your return is processed.

Once your return is approved and received, store credit will be issued via E-Gift Card within 5-7 business days. The gift card will be sent to the email used for your original order.

If you do not receive your store credit within 5 business days of confirmed delivery, please contact us with:

  • Order number

  • Return request ID

  • Return tracking number


SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped an incorrect or defective item.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.



DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS


If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Description of the concern

Claims submitted after 3 days may not be eligible for resolution.



CANCELLATIONS

Orders (including pre-orders) must be requested for cancellation within 24 hours of purchase.

Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee cancellation.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.



ORDER EDITING

Please carefully review your shipping address, item selection, sizing, and discount codes before completing your purchase.

Once an order is placed, we may not be able to make changes.



PRICE ADJUSTMENTS

Prices may change based on promotions, demand, and inventory levels.

We do not offer price adjustments or retroactive credits on previous purchases.
