Q: Do I need a discount code? No, everything is automatically discounted at checkout.

We are not able to offer price adjustments on previous orders.

Q: Will there be restocks? What if something sells out?
Most items may sell out for good. We recommend shopping early to secure your favourites!

Q: Can I pay in instalments? Yes! Pay in 4 with SEZZLE at checkout.

Q: How long will order processing take? Please allow up to 7 business days for processing due to high volume. Shipping time begins after your order has been processed.

Q: What if my order contains a pre-order item? Pre-order ship dates are listed in product descriptions. If your order includes a pre-order item, the entire order ships together once it’s ready.

Q: Can I change my order after it’s placed? No, orders cannot be modified once submitted (including address, items, sizing, etc).

Q: What if I enter the wrong shipping address? We cannot update addresses once your order is placed. If returned to us, reshipment fees will apply.

Q: Can I cancel my order? No, all orders are final due to fast processing.

Q: Are all items final sale? Yes, all items are final sale, including pre-orders. No refunds, exchanges, or returns, please double-check before checking out!

Q: Can I use a gift card or store credit? Yes, both are valid. They cannot be applied retroactively after the order is placed.

Q: Do you ship internationally? Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping cost and delivery time vary by region and courier.

Q: How quickly will customer service respond? Please allow 48–72 hours due to high demand, our team is working hard and will reply ASAP.

Q: When does the sale end? December 31st at 11:59PM EST, once it’s gone, it’s gone!

SIZE GUIDE

TIP

for gathered/flair skirts, your waist measurement is the most important measurement
for mini or maxi infinity dresses, infinity tops etc, your waist is the most important measurement
for closed back dresses (sleeved dresses or dresses with zipper closure), pick a size according to your largest measurement ie if your bust is 36 inches and your waist is 30 inches you'll need a size M, if your bust is 42 and your waist is 29, you'll need a size L.
your hip measurement is only important for items fitted from waist down e.g pants, shorts, jumpsuits, rompers, fitted skirts, mermaid infinity etc in which your hip measurement should be the deciding factor.
for infinity jumpsuits, you only need your waist and hip measurements. pick a size according to your largest measurement ie if your waist is 30 inches and hips 42 you'll need a size L.
for closed back jumpsuits (sleeved dresses or dresses with zipper closure), pick a size according to your largest measurement ie if your bust is 36 inches and your waist is 30 inches and hips 43 you'll need a size L.
most of our clothes are made from ankara fabric which is 100% cotton so it has no stretch

Processing Time

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.
Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery time shown at checkout.

During sales, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Once your order is confirmed, we are unable to accommodate changes such as size, colour, or address adjustments.

🇺🇸 U.S. Orders

Express Orders: 2–4 business days
(1–2 business days processing + 1–2 business days shipping)
Standard Orders: 4–7 business days
(1–3 business days processing + 3–4 business days shipping)
In rare cases, your package may arrive from multiple warehouses.
If an item is unavailable at our U.S location and must ship from our Canadian warehouse, duties may apply. Your shipping option at checkout will say DHL (Ships from Canada warehouse)

Weekends and holidays are not included in processing or shipping times.

🇨🇦 Canadian Orders

Express / Priority Orders: 2–4 business days
(1–2 business days processing + 1–2 business days shipping)
Standard / Expedited Orders: 4–9 business days
(2-3 business days processing + 2–7 business days shipping)

If an item is unavailable at our Toronto location and must ship from our U.S. warehouse, duties may apply. Your shipping option at checkout will say UPS (Ships from U.S warehouse)

Express Orders: 4–7 business days
(1–2 business days processing + 3–5 business days shipping)
Standard Orders: 7–13 business days
(1–3 business days processing + 6–10 business days shipping)

Canada Post, or Purolator for Canadian orders
UPS for U.S. orders
UPS or DHL Express for International orders

For packages shipped with DHL, you can use On Demand Delivery to update your address, select delivery times, or manage delivery preferences.

Customs & Duties

Shipments crossing international borders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the destination country’s government.
These fees are not included in the shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.

We’ll continue to make every effort to keep duties as low as possible, but some charges may apply for international orders.
Please do not reject or refuse a delivery due to customs fees.
If a package is refused, a return fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your delivery location.

Free shipping on orders over $500 USD (U.S., Canada, Australia & Europe).

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items will list a “Shipping Starts” date in their product description.
Orders begin processing on that date (or the next business day if the release date falls on a weekend or holiday).
Please allow up to 3-5 business days for processing once the pre-order window opens.

Item Not Delivered?

Once your order has shipped, you can contact your carrier directly for delivery updates, tracking assistance, or to manage shipment details.

If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 2–3 business days for possible courier delays.

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS AND REFUNDS (Holidays November to December)

We do not offer refunds. All returns will be processed as store credit.

Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the delivery date. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot accept your return request. Items must be returned and received within this 30-day window to qualify for store credit.

If your return is received after the 30-day period, a 50% restocking fee will be applied to the store credit.

Please ensure items are securely packaged and returned in their original condition, including the return postcard, packaging, and accessories. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.Be sure to include the return packing slip with your package.

EXCHANGES & STORE CREDIT

We do not offer direct exchanges. Due to the high demand for our products, we cannot guarantee that the item you want will still be in stock when your return is processed.

Once we receive your returned item, we will issue store credit in the form of an E-Gift Card. You will receive an email with the gift card details, which you can use like a coupon code at checkout. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing.

If you haven't received your store credit within 5 business days of returning your item, please contact us with your order number, return request ID, and return tracking number.

SHIPPING

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we made an error with your order.

GIFT CARDS & FINAL SALE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on gift cards or clearance items, as these are final sale. If sale items are returned, they will either be sent back to you or incur a 50% restocking fee.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

CANCELLATIONS

All orders, including pre-orders, must be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please note that submitting a cancellation request within this timeframe does not guarantee cancellation, as processing may begin immediately after the order is placed. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Please double-check your shipping address and order details before confirming your purchase. Once an order is placed, we may not be able to make changes. Be sure to enter the correct items, sizes, and apply any coupon codes before completing your order.

I have not received my order?

If after contacting your local post office service (CANADAPOST or DHL), you still need assistance regarding locating your order feel free to contact us at customerservice@ofuure.com and one of our representatives will be happy to assist you.

How do I cancel an order?

We unfortunately cannot guarantee cancellation if the order has started processing. To make sure you receive your order in time, we will start processing the orders as soon as we receive it , this means once your order has been placed you may not be able to cancel it.

Something is wrong with my order?

Does OFUURE make custom orders?

We do not customize swimwear.
Unfortunately, we don’t customize our items, they ship as they are.

Unfortunately not, all transactions are made online thorough our website.

After you confirm subscription you'll receive another email with your coupon code, if you don't see it immediately please check your junk/spam mail.

I ordered a Pre-order item, when will it ship?

Pre-order items have their shipping date in the description.

If you order has a pre-order item all the items will ship together on the dispatch day of the pre-order item. If you wish to split up the order, there will be an additional shipping cost

I need my order by a specific date?

if you need your order by a certain day, you need to contact us before ordering to make sure its possible to get the item in time

CUSTOM CHARGES

All shipments crossing international borders are subject to the assessment of duties and taxes imposed by the importing country’s government. OFUURE has no control over these charges as they vary between countries. They are your responsibility.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. OFUURE does not provide return shipping labels. A handling fee will be assessed on orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" or incomplete address.
