Never received the dress

I never received the purchase. I needed it for my bday June 25th. Not happy at all. I contacted DHL and I was told it was still in Canada. On June 20th, I was told the delivery was suspended. I would prefer a refund to the original form of payment or to at least get the dress since I purchased it but since deliver was suspended I would like a refund and no I don’t want store credit because I don’t want to shop on the website again after experiencing this. I paid for expedited shipping I hopes I would receive d before my trip on June 24th.
