Getting started
What is The Inner Circle?
The Inner Circle is ÖFUURË's loyalty and rewards program. You earn points every time you shop, refer a friend, leave a review, or celebrate your birthday. Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders.
How do I join?
Create an account on ofuure.com and you are automatically enrolled as a Member at no cost. There is nothing extra to sign up for.
Is there a fee to join?
No. The Inner Circle is completely free. You start as a Member the moment you create an account.
Earning points
How do I earn points?
You can earn points in several ways: placing an order (points per dollar vary by tier), creating an account (500 pts), following ÖFUURË on Instagram (500 pts), posting a product review (750 pts, once per year), celebrating your birthday (tier-based), and completing a referral (1,500 pts).
How many points do I earn per dollar spent?
It depends on your tier. Members earn 7 pts per $1, Queens earn 9 pts, Muses earn 13 pts, and Icons earn 18 pts per $1 spent.
Do my points expire?
Yes. Points expire 12 months after they are earned. Each earning event has its own expiration date, and the oldest points are used first.
When do I receive points for a purchase?
Points are awarded once your order has been fulfilled and shipped. Pending orders do not earn points until fulfillment.
Redeeming rewards
What can I redeem my points for?
You can redeem points for discount coupons: $25 off (2,500 pts), $60 off (5,000 pts), $150 off (10,000 pts), or $350 off (20,000 pts). Coupons are applied at checkout.
Is there a minimum order to use a coupon?
Redemption coupons can be applied to any order. Referral rewards require a minimum order of $150.
Can I combine a points coupon with other discounts?
Points coupons can be used alongside active site promotions unless otherwise stated. Only one points coupon can be applied per order.
VIP tiers
What are the VIP tiers?
There are four tiers: Member ($0, automatic), Queen ($750/year), Muse ($2,000/year), and Icon ($5,000/year). Each tier unlocks higher earning rates and exclusive perks.
How do I move up a tier?
Tiers are based on your annual rolling spend. Once your total spend within a 12-month period reaches the next threshold, you are automatically upgraded.
What happens if I don't maintain my spend?
Your tier is evaluated on a rolling 12-month basis. If your spend drops below the threshold for your current tier, you will move to the tier that matches your spend at the next evaluation.
What perks do higher tiers get?
Higher tiers unlock benefits like increased points per dollar, larger birthday bonuses, early access to drops and sales, private previews, free shipping (Icon), double points on launch days (Icon), VIP events, and bonus discount perks. Visit the Inner Circle Tiers page for the full breakdown.
Referrals
How does the referral program work?
Share your unique referral link with friends. When they place their first order of $150 or more, they get $25 off and you earn $25 off plus 1,500 points. The reward triggers once their order is fulfilled.
Is there a limit on how many people I can refer?
There is no limit. Refer as many friends as you like and earn 1,500 points plus a $25 reward for each successful referral.

Where can I check my points balance?
Log in to your account on ofuure.com. Your points balance, tier status, and available rewards are all visible in your account dashboard.
