Referral Program
Terms & Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before participating in the Referral Program.

01Program Overview

The Inner Circle Referral Program ("Program") is operated by ÖFUURË ("we," "us," "our"). The Program allows existing customers ("Advocates") to refer new customers ("Friends") to ÖFUURË and earn rewards when those referrals result in qualifying purchases.

02Eligibility
  • The Program is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
  • Advocates must have an active account on ofuure.com.
  • Friends must be new customers who have not previously made a purchase on ofuure.com.
  • The referral offer is valid for new customers only. Existing customers using a new email address do not qualify.
  • ÖFUURË employees and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate as Friends.
03How It Works

Advocates receive a unique referral link through their account on ofuure.com. When a Friend clicks the referral link and completes a qualifying purchase, both the Advocate and the Friend receive a reward. Advocate rewards are issued after the Friend's order has been fulfilled (shipped).

04Qualifying Purchase

Minimum Order Value

The Friend's order must meet a minimum order value of $100 USD (before taxes and shipping) to qualify as a successful referral.

  • The Friend's order must be their first paid order on ofuure.com.
  • Orders that are fully refunded, cancelled, or charged back do not qualify.
  • Zero-dollar orders do not qualify.
05Reward Details
  • Referral discount codes are single-use and cannot be combined with other promotional codes or sitewide discounts unless otherwise stated.
  • Referral discount codes are valid for 90 days from the date of issuance.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  • Advocate rewards are issued only after the Friend's order has been fulfilled (shipped).
  • Referral loyalty points count toward Inner Circle tier thresholds and are subject to the same terms as all other loyalty points, including the 24-month expiry policy.
06Sharing & Communication
  • Advocates may share their referral link via SMS, email, WhatsApp, or personal link.
  • Advocates must not use their referral link in paid advertising, spam, or any form of unsolicited bulk communication.
  • Advocates must not post their referral link on coupon or deal aggregator websites.
  • Referral links must be shared in a manner consistent with applicable anti-spam legislation, including Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
07Fraud Prevention & Restrictions
  • Self-referrals are not permitted. You may not refer yourself using a different email address or account.
  • Referrals from the same IP address or shipping address as the Advocate may be flagged and disqualified.
  • ÖFUURË reserves the right to block any participant whose failed referral rate exceeds 50% over a minimum of five referral attempts within a 90-day period.
  • ÖFUURË reserves the right to investigate and withhold, revoke, or deny any referral reward if we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity, abuse, or a violation of these terms.
  • Creating multiple accounts to exploit the referral program will result in disqualification and forfeiture of all rewards.
08Modifications & Termination
  • ÖFUURË reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice.
  • Changes to these terms will be posted on this page. Continued participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
  • Pending referral rewards that have already been triggered by a qualifying purchase will be honoured.
09Limitation of Liability
  • ÖFUURË is not responsible for any technical issues, delays, or errors related to the referral tracking system.
  • ÖFUURË's total liability in connection with the Referral Program shall not exceed the value of the referral reward in question.
10Privacy
  • Personal information collected through the Referral Program is handled in accordance with ÖFUURË's Privacy Policy, available at ofuure.com/policies/privacy-policy.
  • By participating, Advocates consent to the use of their first name in referral communications sent to Friends.
11Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
