SHIPPING
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We do not provide return shipping labels.
A handling fee will be applied to orders that are refused at delivery or returned due to an incomplete or incorrect address.
SHIPPING PROTECTION
We offer Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout. This protection covers your order against damage, loss, and theft in transit.
If you choose to opt out of Shipping Protection, ÖFUURË is not responsible for any package that is lost, stolen, or damaged once it has left our warehouse. Claims for uncovered orders cannot be honoured under any circumstance.
RETURNS
We do not offer refunds. All approved returns are issued as store credit or exchange only.
Returns must be requested within 30 days from the date of receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credit.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase. Cancellation is not guaranteed once processing has begun.
Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
All shipments crossing international borders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in your order total or shipping fees.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your package at customerservice@ofuure.com.
