Seven emails, one linkedin message and no resolution = Poor customer service

The design is great but the actual colour is not true to the image on the website. I ordered it along with another one. I having been in contact with both your customer service and Founder as of July 24 to resolve the issue. I wanted that outfit for the long weekend. It has now come and gone. Your customer service person keeps going silent after I respond. We have exchanged seven emails so far. Currently my unanswered question is "Why am I being charged to return this item when the colour of your product doesn't look like the image on your site.?" I even provided a photo that clearly shows the difference, as requested. IIf this was a case where I had changed my mind i'd understand. However, since the issue is with the image on your site not representing the true colour of the actual product then you should cover the return. I have quite a few of your items and this has never happened before. Could someone at Ofuure please help resolve this this week?
