Udeme has carried ÖFUURË with her everywhere she goes; wearing us on stages around the world and into every season of who she is becoming. Through every chapter of her life, she has shown up in our pieces, proudly and without hesitation.

Where are you in life right now and what’s shaping you most this season?
I’m in a season of healing. I spend a lot of time with my 13-year-old self, showing up for her in the ways she needed and making sure we win the day, every day.
What is something you are currently learning or unlearning about yourself?
Loving is my natural state. Helping is my natural state. Right now I’m learning how to help myself and I’m giving myself grace as I develop the discernment to know when to give, and when to hold space for me.
When do you feel most confident and most aligned with who you are?
When I’m in OFUURË. Period. But really, I feel most aligned when I’m in spaces that pour back into my community and the people I love. That’s when I feel the most powerful.
